Villa Rustica Terraces are part of the larger urban planning solution Garden City.
We didn’t want to build just another nice project with comfortable living, with greenery and forest behind the house.
We wanted to create a place for life: a garden city where it will be a joy to live and a joy to raise your children. Good neighborhood – good neighbors!
Good neighbourhood with good neighbours
Architectural and social concept of Garden city traces its origin to the turn of the 19th century, as a small city or residential area with prevalence of low level buildings and polyfunction and with prevalence of greenery.
The original aim at the creation of garden cities was to create aesthetically evaluated living area with lots of greenery, which would decrease dependency of its residents on metropolitan centres and would create living area with strong social bonds between its residents.
