Quality design with sensible incorporation to nature environment
Terrace houses are sensibly incorporated into nature setting. The design of the project is timeless, complimented by high-quality landscaping. The whole concept harmoniously compliments the surrounding nature by its shape and access and creates an enjoyable place to live.
Individual villas are situated in descending terrain and connected by joint base of ground floors. Thanks to this configuration, the surrounding terrain and mass are made into gradient terraces. Many flats in the project gained enormous private terraces creating an atmosphere of family house.
Architecture
Usage of human scale and beautiful views put together surprising sceneries. The main motive of the architecture are continuous soft and obal horizontal lines entwined around the building in form of cornices and delicate balconies. The roofs are green and will be used as walk-around living terraces. By stabilizing humidity and temperature, they contribute to a better microclimate of immediate environment of residents.
Almost all parking spaces are situated in an underground garage which allowed us to create a quiet surrounding of the building with lots of greenery and places to relax.
